Rental Terms

- Weddings + private parties are not permitted due to Planning + Zoning regulations. In addition, antique shows, craft shows, circuses, carnivals, conventions, catering hall, jamborees are not permitted.
- All evening events must be affiliated with nonprofit entities only.
- Renter is responsible for obtaining all licenses and permits.
- Furniture available at no additional cost:
- 8 5′ round tables
- 15 6′ rectangle tables
- 120 folding chairs
