Ashley Kineon

Executive Director
Ashley is responsible for driving the strategic vision of Ambler Farm and manages its day-to-day operations. A former Friends of Ambler Farm Board Member for 10 years, Ashley brings project management, budgeting and planning expertise to the farm with a corporate background in supply chain. Ashley lives in Wilton with her husband, two sons and dog.

Jonathan Kirschner

Director of Agriculture
Jonathan Kirschner (“Farmer Jonathan”) manages all agricultural operations, including the organic garden and greenhouse and harvesting produce for the weekly seasonal farm stand, Wilton Farmer’s Market, and restaurants. Jonathan also helps develop agricultural-related programs with Stacey Valimont. Jonathan lives in Wilton with his wife and three children.

Kevin Meehan

Program Director
After a three year hiatus, Kevin Meehan rejoined the Farm as our Program Director in September 2023, and we look forward to seeing his energy and passion return to Ambler Farm’s cherished educational initiatives. With a remarkable legacy of 13 years at the Farm, he has been an instrumental figure in developing and implementing all our core programs, including the Apprentice Program and Summer Camp. His influence is also deeply ingrained in our program area, as he designed and constructed the gardens and animal enclosures one by one with apprentices.

Laura Guzewicz

Special Events Director
Laura plans, manages and executes the signature special events at the farm. She also works with Stacey and Jonathan to develop meaningful adult educational programs and conceptualizes new events with Ashley to broaden Ambler Farm’s existing event portfolio. Laura also manages all carriage barn rentals alongside her events responsibilities. Laura lives in Weston with her husband, three children and their dog.

Amy Devore

Special Events + Sponsorship Specialist
Amy works closely with Laura in planning, managing and executing the signature special events at the farm. She also works with Stacey and Jonathan to develop meaningful adult educational programs and conceptualizes new events with Ashley to broaden Ambler Farm’s existing event portfolio. Amy’s culinary event and sponsorship expertise continue to bring fresh new opportunities and experiences to the Farm. Amy lives in Westport with her husband.

Adrienne Calderone

Bookkeeper
We are thrilled to welcome Adrienne to our Farm-ily! Adrienne handles the farm’s financial transactions related to its daily activities, maintains the farm’s accounting records, prepares financial statements for the Board of Directors, and works with outside auditors to comply with annual reporting requirements. Adrienne has been a familiar face on the farm as a dedicated volunteer and apprentice parent. She lives in Wilton with her husband and two sons.
